Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

Services are not confirmed until payment and contract are received.

For extended bookings (7 or more consecutive days) a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining is due before services begin.

Holiday bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

We accept the payments listed on our invoices. If you are paying cash, a 50% deposit on card is still required.

Cancellations that are made 7 or more days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund (excluding deposits).

Cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to the service will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposits).

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service are non-refundable.

Same day cancellations are non-refundable.

If Paws & Playtime arrives for an in-home, walk, or drop in and can not access the home due to incorrect or missing entry information, the visit will still be non-refundable.

Requests to modify dates or times are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.

If you return home early from a trip, previously scheduled pet care services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the event of severe weather or emergencies, every effort will be made to provide scheduled services safely. If travel becomes unsafe, services may be delayed or adjusted.

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with this policy.

No refunds will be issued for unused visits after services have begun.
